Academic Sessions 2024

SLACPT held its biennial academic sessions for the year 2024 from 10th to 13th July 2024 under the
theme of “Challenges in Medication Without Harm – Safety, Quality and Rational Use” at Bandaranaike
Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo in collaboration with International Union
of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology (IUPHAR). ClinPharm 2024 comprised of two workshops, three
symposia, three plenary sessions, two panel discussions, oration and a site visit to a medication safety
demonstration site highlighting the importance of Medication Safety to the local context.
